摘要
论述了新型防霉剂双乙酸钠的性质及对常见霉菌的抑制作用;在实验研究的基础上,做了用于食品及农产品时的防霉效果的比较。
This paper discusses the properties of DS,a new type of antifungin,and its inhibiting acting on normal mould.A comparison of antifungin effects has been made through large number of experiments.
