高压往复泵工作腔中的夹带气体及液体压缩性对K_V值的影响

摘要 高压往复泵工作腔中夹带的气体及液体的压缩性对容积系数K_V具有较大的影响。文中论述了二者的关系,探讨和分析了影响K_V值的几种因素,并推导出几种综合因素的压缩系数β_h的计算公式,从而基本上弥补了在几种因素同时存在情况下K_V值计算方法的不足。文末对提高高压往复泵的K_V值提出了合理的建议。 The compressibility of gas and liquid in the working chamber in a high pressure reciprocating pump exerts, quite a great influence on the Volume coefficient Kv. This article explains the relationship between the compressibility and the value Kv, conducts an investigation in some factors having influence on Kv value, and derives a pressure-end coefficient βh by synthesising the related factors. Thereby, the inadequacy of the method for calculating the value Kv under circumstances with some coexisting factors are overcome on the whole. And the author offers in addition some proposals for improving the vatue Kv of high pressure reciprocating pumps.
