Reliability Appraisal for On-Site Rig Derricks

对在用钻机井架的可靠性进行鉴定是保证钻井作业安全的一项重要工作。本文根据油田在用井架的结构特征,按照“局部-边界-整体”的鉴定思想,论述了鉴定的项目、内容及手段。并应用失效树分析方法探讨了可能出现的各种缺陷模式、相互间的关系及其对井架整体系统可靠性的影响。

Making reliability appraisal for the on-site rig derrick is an important work to ensure salty in drilling. According to the structural features of the on-site rig derricks in oil fields, following the 'local-boundary-integral' pattern, the authors, discuss the items, contents and measures for appraisal, and,by means of the failure tree method, investigate all the defects could occured on the derrick, the relationship between them and their influence on the reliability of the integral system of the derrick.
