An Organizing Radial Basis Function Network and its Hybrid Learning Algorithm

提出了一种自组织径向基人工神经元网络，并赋予该网络非监督子组织和监督续习混合学习算法．该网络既具有非监督自组织功能，又具有监督学习功能．给出了自组织径向基网络应用示例，验证了自组织径向基网络应用示例和自组织径向基网络的函数实现功能及模式分类功能．

An orgbozing radial basis function network is proposed, and a hybridlearning algorithm, which holds both non-supervised orgedzing function and supervisedlearning function, is introduced tO it. Some illustrative examples are given, showing thenetwork might be applied to function approximating and pattern classification.
