摘要
驱动圆盘犁是一种新型的耕作机具,它有着广泛的应用前景但是目前它的设计主要是采用传统的设计方法,而本文利用了仿真这一现代设计方法,为驱动圆盘犁的设计提供了依据,缩短了产品的开发周期为了实现仿真设计,本文运用相对运动的原理,对驱动圆盘犁进行了运动分析,并建立了驱动圆盘犁圆周上任意一点运动的轨迹方程和运动方程,并以此建立了数学模型和仿真模型在AutoCAD环境下,利用其内嵌的AutoLISP语言和DCL对话框语言,从运动学的角度对圆盘犁的运动过程进行动态仿真通过运行此仿真程序可以直观地看出驱动圆盘犁的运动轨迹,灭茬效果、速度曲线,并在此基础上对驱动圆盘犁运动参数进行分析、优选。
The driven disc plow is one of the new type tillage machinery with a promising prospects. In this paper simulation technology is applied in the driven disc plow design in order to reduce the period of product development.With the relative motion principle, the motion of driven disc plow is analyzed and the equation and orbit are obtained,with which the mathematical model and the simulation model are built. With the AutoLISP and DCL language of AutoCAD, the dynamic simulation of driven disc plow is programmed. By operating this program, the orbit, effect of stubble-cleaning and velocity curve can be directly observed. Finally the parametes of motion are analyzed and optimized, and the optimum ratio of velocity is obtained.
