摘要
对抗汽蚀电镀、镍铬合金粉未喷焊、金属陶瓷粉未喷焊三种水轮机表面强化技术的工艺、材料性能、在水轮机上的适用范围和应用效果作了详细的介绍,并就三种技术在水轮机中应用的优缺点作了客观评价,以供水轮机抗磨蚀材料设计制造者参考.
This paper recommends the productive technologies of three materials, their properties and the applying effects in hydraulic turbines, conluding themially sprayed coating of Ni-Cr alloy, plated rare earth-chromium coatmg and thermally sprayed coating of metallic ceramic. Advantagies and shortecomings of above-mentioned three materials are evaluated on Questions of their applications in hydriulic turbine in order to make reference for worker who designs or manufactures hydraulic turbine.
