摘要
本文初步探索了用电缆行业使用的KFG-1型高频高压电子加速器对云南本地木材进行电子束辐射增强改性的工艺,并对所得改性木材的力学性能和吸水性进行了表征.结果表明,含有40%~150%的苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体的浸渍木材,经过辐射前热处理再用37~100KGY辐射剂量的电子束辐射,可制备出增强改性木材,其硬度和抗压强度较原木材提高50%~100%,一昼夜吸水率可降至原木材的10%~30%;辐射剂量、改性单体对改性剂在改性木材中的固着率及改性木材的力学性能和吸水性均有一定的影响.
Electron Beam irradiation (EBI) was attempted to apply to reinforcement modification of wood,and the mechanical properties and water adsorption were characterized. The results showed that for the reinforcing wood produced by impregnating wood with 40%~150%'s styrene(ST) or methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer and subsequently polymerizing by heat or/and electron beam irradiation inducing, their hardness and compression strength increased up to 150%~200% and the water absorption decreased down to 10%~30% compared to that of original wood.
