在农药、生物生理、药理和毒性等方面已成功地研究了药物的结构与活性的定量关系（ＱＳＡＲ），在色谱研究方面，也同样存在物质的结构与保留的定量关系（ＱＳＲＲ），本文重点研究ＨＰＴＬＣ的胺草磷类化合物的ＱＳＲＲ。

Quantitive activity relationship of medicine in biocides has been obtained successfully.Similarly,quantitive structure retention relationship exists in chromatography.This paper focuses on QSSR of cremart compounds using HPTLC assisted with a computer to gain optical separation conditions.
