An Investigation in the Fatigue Life Test of V-Belts

传动V带强化疲劳寿命试验是根据V带寿命曲挠次数和V带累积破坏理论,选定合理的试验参数后,在V带大功率机械封闭试验台上进行的。试验可对V带的结构工艺、整体粘接性能、动态和静态性能、疲劳特性等进行全面质量评定,还可估算出V带的装机使用寿命,是一种快速可靠的检测方法。经现场跟踪统计,V带实际使用寿命与试验估算寿命十分接近。

An expedited and reliable test for determining the fatigue life of V-belts is carried out on a high-power closed-cycle test stand with test parameters selected according to the bending endurance and the cumulative damage theory of V-belts. The test method can be used to make a comprehensive appraisal of the structural techniques, integral adhesive property, dynamic and static characteristics, fatigue features, and the sevice life of V-belts. Follow-np statistics on site shows that the actual service lives of V-belts are very close to the appraised value by tests.
