摘要
以自制滚筒干燥试验台为主要研究对象,探讨了在新型布料方式下蔬菜纸形食品滚筒干燥成形的原理及特点,并研究了蔬菜纸形食品滚筒成形工艺中基料的选择及料浆的调配,为蔬菜纸形食品的成形提供了一种新的思路。
A drum drying & forming test bed as its main facility,and the principle and characteristic of vegetable paper food's drum drying and forming in the condition of new type applicator and feeding system are introduced, and the stuff base selection and the stuff ratio of greengrocery paper food's drum forming are studied.A new thought for the forming of vegetable paper food is provided.
