摘要
通过改变喷油泵出油阀间隙、出油阀紧帽腔容积、以及出油阀减压凸缘厚度,借助特制的透明供油系统、CCD摄录机、高速A/D采集卡、图像采集卡和微型计算机等测试及处理设备,对喷油系统中汽泡现象进行了试验研究,揭示出以上几项与供油系统中残余压力的关系及对出油阀紧帽腔中汽泡和汽泡分布区域的影响规律。
By altering delivery valve crevice,delivery valve holder volume and delivery valve retraction ring thickness in the fuel injection pump,with the help of the special-made transparent fuel supply system,CCD video camera recorder,high-speed A/D card,image collecting card,microcomputer and other measuring and processing equipment,an experimental investigation on bubble phenomenon in the fuel injection system was made.It reveals the relationship between above-mentioned items and the residual pressure in the fuel supply system and the law of effects of above-mentioned items on bubbles and distributing scopes of bubbles in the delivery valve holder.
