摘要
分析了电网规划工作的特点、要求,认为利用电网仿真系统性能良好的图形数据一体化环境、事件操作与事件处理、动态稳定计算等成果进行电网规划是可行的。设计、开发了电网仿真系统中的电网规划软件。将电网规划功能加入电网仿真系统满足了用户进行电网规划的要求,且拓宽了电网仿真系统的应用领域,具有现实意义和实用价值。
The characteristics and requirements of power network planning (PNP) are analyzed, and a conclusion that it is practical to take advantage of the achievements in power system simulator (PSS) such as the high performance of unified data graphical support environment, event processing and dynamic stability calculation in PNP is drawn. The PNP software in PSS is designed and developed,thus the PSS can meet user's requirement of PNP and expands the application fields of PSS, so it has significance and practical values.
