现代市场经济的重要特征之一，就是经济关系合同化。然而，现在我国经济活动中，合同签约率普遍降低，现状令人堪忧。笔者在深入调研的基础上，对签约率下降的原因及其危害进行了分析，进而着重探讨对策，以期为创建良好的合同秩序，保证市场经济健康、有序运行，逐步打下良好的基础。

One of the important features of modern market economy is contractized for economic relations. But nowadays, widespread degradation of signature rate for the contract in economic activities of our country makes one worry. On the basis of deeply investigatio, this article analyses the reasons and its harm, goes farther into the way to deal with the situation. In order to establish good contract order, guarantee success fully development of the market economy. It is necessary that a sound foundation must be gradually set up.
