拉力螺钉配合接骨板治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓关节分离 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨拉力螺钉配合接骨板治疗踝关节骨折合并下胫腓关节分离的手术疗效.方法 对2002年1月至2008年12月收治的资料完整的27例踝关节骨折合并下胫腓关节分离患者采取通过接骨板螺孔应用拉力螺钉固定下胫腓关节治疗.结果 随访10～36（16.19±5.15）个月,27例患者骨折均愈合.骨折愈合时间（124.96±13.35）d.临床疗效按Baird-Jackson踝关节评分评定,优22例,良3例,可2例,优良率为92.6%（25/27）.结论 踝关节骨折合并下胫腓关节分离采用拉力螺钉配合接骨板治疗可恢复并稳定踝穴和距骨的解剖关系,使踝关节早期进行功能锻炼,获得满意的治疗效果.具有操作简单、固定牢靠、经济实用等特点,可广泛应用于临床.
