摘要
简要地阐述了锁相倍频器的工作原理,详细地介绍了一种可实现200细分的锁相倍频式电子细分方案.方案中先将光栅传感器输出信号进行相位调制预处理,然后再送人锁相倍频器进行倍频细分,细分的同时完成辨向.该细分方案具有细分数高,电路简单,调节方便,跟踪速度快的特点.
The concept of phase-locked loop is presented brieny in this paper. A division scheme ofphase-locked multi-frequency is described in de-tail, which can achieve 200 division. First, in the lightof the scheme. the displacement signal is translated into time signal, then, through the phase-lockedmulti- frequency loop, electronic division is achieved. and the direction is detected at same time. Thescheme has the advantages of high division, simple circuit, easy adjustment, and high tlack speed.
