摘要
继发性免疫性血小板减少（immune thrombocy-topenia，ITP）是指除原发性ITP以外各种形式的免疫介导的血小板减少，主要为潜在疾病或药物所致。由于自然病程和治疗方法不同，区分原发性和继发性ITP具有重要临床意义。
