Operating Characteristic of the Path Chain on Chain Pumping Units

分析了链条抽油机轨迹链传动的工作特点;对比了滚子链和新型齿链的技术特性,指出现用加重系列石油滚子链作链条抽油机轨迹链条存在早期失效的严重问题,并就此提出了改进建议;同时推荐用新研制的具有滚动摩擦铰链副的新型齿链取代加重系列石油滚子链作为链条抽油机的轨迹链条。

This article discusses the operating characteristic of the path chain on a chain pumping unit, compares the technical characteristics of the roller chain with that of the inverted tooth chain, points out that the heavy oilfield roller chains, when used as the path chain on pumping units, will suffer from severe premature failure, presents accordingly some suggestions for improvement, and, furthermore, recommends to replace the roller chains on pumping units by the new developed tooth chains with rolling friction hinges.
