微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石216例

Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi:A Report of 216 cases

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法 2004年7月至2010年1月对采用MPCNL治疗的216例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 216例均为一期取石,结石清除率98.5%,平均手术时间70min,术中平均估计出血量50ml,无严重并发症发生。结论 MPCNL治疗输尿管上段结石,结石清除率高,创伤小,出血少,恢复快,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of minimally in-vasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （ MPCNL） for upper ureteric calculi. Methods A restrospective investigation was performed on 216 cases suf-fering from renal upper ureteric calculi,who were treated with MPCNL from may 2004 to January 2010. Results 216 cases were achieved using one-stage MPCNL and the stone clear rate was 98. 5%. The average operation time was 70 minutes,the estimated blood loss volume 50 ml. No major complication were noted. Conclusion MPCNL is safe and effective in treating upper ureteral calculi with advantages of high achievement ratio and slight injury and less blood and puick recovery.
