摘要 支架材料的性能对于骨组织工程技术具有重要的意义。丝蛋白材料是从天然蚕丝和蛛丝等原料中提取的高分子纤维蛋白,具有良好的生物相容性、独特的力学性能和药物缓释载体作用等,可作为细胞黏附生长的理想支架材料较好地应用于骨组织工程中。下面就丝蛋白的结构、生物学特性和在骨组织工程中的应用等研究进展作一综述。 The properties of scaffolds are of great significance for bone tissue engineering. Silk protein harvested from natural materials such as silkworm or spider silk,has good biocompatibility,unique mechanical properties,and could serves as a drug sustained-release carrier. Silk protein material has been used as an ideal scaffold material for cell adhesion and growth in bone tissue engineering. This review summarizes investigations on the structure,biological characteristics of silk protein and its application in bone tissue engineering.
