摘要 通过对中、高温黑体辐射源设计的重点难点分析,论述了工业用中、高温黑体辐射源的加热元件、腔体形状、材料、保温方式、温度控制及其它相关设计.实验表明,该黑体辐射源在800~1500℃的温度区间工作时,温度稳定度在±1℃.以内,发射率大于0.995. The design of industrial blackbody radiation source in coddle-high temperature was fully discussed by analyzing the working characters. The correlated topics were also concerned such as the heating-up components, material and shape of cavity, measuring temperature and so on. It has been proved that the blackbody radiation source can work stablely in 800-1500℃and temperature floating no more than±1℃, emissivity more than 0.995.
