卒中的氧化应激生物学标记物

摘要 氧化应激已被证实是脑损伤的重要机制之一。自由基是脑缺血再灌注和脑出血后最重要的产物之一,是评价2种类型卒中损伤的重要标记物。目前,一些相关的氧化应激生物学标记物,如脂质、DNA、蛋白质的过氧化产物,抗氧化酶、非酶性抗氧化小分子以及炎性和抗炎因子等日益受到重视。文章回顾和评价了卒中时的氧化应激生物学标记物。 Oxidative stress has been demonstrated to be one of the important mechanisms for brain injury. Free radicals are one of the most important products following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and intracerebral hemorrhage. They are the important markers for evaluating the 2 types of stroke injuries. At present, some relevant biomarkers of oxidative stress, such as lipid, DNA, protein peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes, and non-enzymatic antioxidant molecules as well as inflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors, are increasingly receiving attention. This article reviews and evaluates the biomarkers of oxidative stress in stroke.
