摘要
以实际精密测试转台的设计实践为例,分析了控制系统的主要技术指标,并在实测对象特性的基础上抽象出了被控对象的数学模型,通过仿真和实际调试综合出了校正环节.实际使用和仿真结果表明,完全满足控制系统的指标要求.
Based on the design and practice of the real high precision test turntable, the main specifications in the control system are analyzed. The plant mathematical model is built up based on actually measurement of the plant characteristics, and the compensation unit is designed through emulatingand actually adjusting. The practical running and sedation results show that it satisfies completely the requirements of the control syStem specifications.
