高温高强度高心理压力训练对武警阅兵队员性激素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究高温高强度高压力训练对男性性腺激素的影响。方法用酶免法测定长期在高温高强度高压力下训练的武警阅兵:方队人员血清性激素水平,同时将接受常规训练的武警官兵作为对照。结果阅兵组血清睾酮水平低于常规训练组(P〈0.05)。结论长期高负荷训练导致血清睾酮的下降。在长期训练时,为了减少大负荷训练对性激素的影响,需要安排全面合理的膳食,同时注意心理疏通。 Objective To determine the effects of intensive exercise on male reproductive hormones observed on those parade troops. Methods 34 subjects in the intensive exercising parade troops and 26 subjects received routine exercise were selected into two groups respectively-intensive exercise group and control group. The participants underwent a thorough physical examination, serum chemicals, and hematological laboratory. Blood concentrations of Testosterones, FSH and LH were tested by Chemiluminescent Immunoassay. Results The levels of plasma testosterone in intensive exercise group were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion An extensive exercise affects male reproductive hormones.
