Meek植皮术在大面积烧伤创面中的临床应用及护理研究

Nursing experience of Meek skin grafting application in large area burn wounds

目的探讨Meek植皮技术治疗大面积烧伤创面的手术配合及护理体会。方法对28例大面积烧伤创面行Meek植皮术的术前准备、术中配合进行分析。结果Meek移植皮片全部存活，愈合质量高，治疗效果满意。结论大面积烧伤创面Meek植皮术，可以提高自体皮使用率和改善植皮区愈后，减少患者住院时间，降低经济费用，是大面积烧伤治疗中较为理想的植皮方法之一。手术室护士必须熟练掌握Meek植皮技术的操作方法及要点，积极配合手术，保证手术的顺利进行。

Objective To evaluate its nursing perspective assistance in large area burn wounds operation with the Meek skin grafting and the post-operation follow-ups. Methods The preoperative preparation and inoperative assistance of large area burn wounds treated with Meek skin grafting in 28 cases were evaluated. Results All the Meek skin grafts were survived and healed well. Conclusion The Meek skin grafting may improve the utilization of autologous skin grafting area, increase its prognosis, and reduce hospitalization time and costs. Operating room nurses must comprehend how the Meek skin grafting techniques works thoroughly to ensure a successful operation.
