摘要
目前,原发性肝癌是居全球第6位的常见肿瘤,并且在肿瘤相关性死亡中排第3位.大部分原发性肝癌患者诊断时已无法手术切除并且中位生存期很短.近年来,原发性肝癌的非手术治疗得到了很大的发展和应用,弥补了手术治疗的不足.我们简要的总结了目前原发性肝癌非手术治疗的最新进展.
Primary hepatic carcinoma is the sixth most common cancer and the third most common cause of cancer-related death worldwide.As most patients with primary hepatic carcinoma have unresectable tumor,their median survival is short.In recent years,great advances have been made in non-surgical treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.Here,we review the advances of non-surgical treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.
