摘要
一、引言 循环流化床燃烧是最近十年来迅速发展起来的新型烧煤技术,它的煤种燃烧适应性好,可燃用劣质燃料;可以通过向炉内添加石灰石进行简廉的脱硫处理,为解决燃煤带来的二氧化硫大气污染和酸雨防治提供了可行的手段;氧化氮排放亦低。煤炭是我国的主要能源,目前我国燃煤技术比较落后,燃料利用效率低,污染严重。
A 10T/h industrial circulating fluidized bed combustion boiler,firstly developed and installed in China, and some test results were described. Comparing with conventional grate combustion boilers it shows excellent performance with boiler efficiency of-86% and the sulphur retention rate of 83% at ca/s = 2 arid seems very pro-spective in future applications.
