摘要
根据壳体理论,分析了复合材料圆柱壳的轴向压缩刚度,采用迦辽金方法分别按Love理论和Donnell理论研究了其轴向压缩屈曲载荷;通过对试验数据的处理,分析了稳态压缩过程中渐进压缩阶段的平均压碎力与纤维缠绕角度、圆柱壳的横截面积之间的关系.研究表明,在静态载荷作用下,纤维缠绕角度对能量吸收能力有较大的影响,随缠绕角度增加,能量吸收能力提高.由以上分析,给出了复合材料圆柱壳在静态压缩载荷作用下的能量吸收能力预报公式.
The axial compress stiffness of cylindrical composite shells is analyzed using the shell theory, and the buckling stress using Love's and Donnel's theories. The relation betWeen mean crushing lOad, winding angle and cross-sectional area is established from experimental results. It is found that the winding angle has an effect on the energy-absorption capability, and the energy-absorption capability increases linearly as the 6 increases under static lOading condition.
