在无设计误差插齿刀的CAD／CAM模型研究基础上，给出了工业实现中多种情形下对应的处理方案和对应的几何模型，并用实例验证了模型的可靠性，从而为新型插齿刀的工业实现提供了依据．

Based on study of CAD/CAM model for pinion cutter with out design errors , this article gives schemes and geometric models for many cases in the manufacturing process. The reliability of these medels are verified by means of illustrative examples, and therefore lays a foundation for the manufacturing of a new type of pinion cutter.
