摘要 目的:建立一种食品中SO2的化学发光快速检测法。方法:利用SO2定量的与酸性高锰酸钾反应,从而减弱高锰酸钾-间苯二酚的化学发光,其减弱值与被检物浓度有关。结果:在最优化条件下,SO2浓度在0.04~40.00mg/L范围内与发光强度减弱值呈较好的线性关系。方法的检测限为0.03mg/L(S/N=3)。结论:该方法可用于食品中SO2分析。 Objective:To establish chemiluminescence detection of sulfur dioxide(SO2) in food.Methods:SO2 quantificationally reacts with potassium permanganate,which can decrease the chemiluminescence intensity(CL) of the potassium permanganate-resorcin system,and the decrement of CL is correlated with the concentration of SO2.Results:In optimized condition,the calibration graph is linear in the range of 0.04~40.00 mg /L,and the limit of detection(LOD) is 0.03 mg /L(S /N=3).Conclusion:The proposed method can detecet SO2 in food.
