摘要
离职意向是近年来工业管理心理学与职业心理学研究的热门课题,对教师的离职意向进行深入、系统的研究,这对于基础教育师资队伍的稳定、保障基础教育的健康发展有着十分重要的意义与价值。在梳理相关研究文献的基础上,主要介绍国内外离职意向方面的一些重要研究以及教师离职意向的研究现状、所存在的问题与不足,并且对后续研究进行了展望。
Turnover intention is a popular subject in the fields of industrial management psychology and occupational psychology in recent years. It is very meaningful and worthy for maintaining the stability of teaching staff in basic education and guaranteeing the healthy development of basic education to study the subject deeply and systematically. On the basis of cleaning up the relevant literacy, the paper introduces some important internal and external research findings on job turnover intention and the current status/existing problems and shortcomings of current researches, and forecasts further tasks on it.
