摘要
本文通过理解教师专业发展的框架来探讨教师专业发展的基础问题,本文提出了教师专业发展的五个基础,即智能、学术、专业、生态和公民美德,从而为教师专业发展的研究提供了另一种思考的思路。
This paper,through understanding the framework of teacher professional development,probes into the basis of teacher professional development and comes up with five bases of teacher professional development,namely intellectual,academics,profession,biology and virtue of citizens.This paper is intended to offer a new perspective for teacher professional development.
