浅谈青年教师的专业成长

On Professional Development of Young Teachers

青年教师应当勇于承担教师的职责,担起推进素质教育、实施科教兴国的重任。在目前教学追求"统一"的格局下,教育教学工作中的赶潮之风比较盛行,缺失问题比较突出。结合青年教师在教育教学工作中存在的问题和不足,要促进青年教师的专业成长,需要从以下几方面做起:一是在教育教学中提升自己的专业修养;二是在工作实践中树立自己的专业形象;三是在教书育人中发展自己的专业能力;四是在平凡境界中演绎自己的专业特质。

Young Teachers should actively shoulder teacher＇s responsibility and bear the mission of pushing forward quality education and enforcing the rejuvenation of China through science and education.Under the current situation of pursuing ＂unification＂ of teaching,education tend to follow the fashion,and some problems are becoming prominent.Aiming at the problems and and shortcomings in young teachers＇ work,we should take such measures to promote their professional development as upgrading their professional quality,building up their professional image,developing their own professional ability and cultivating their professional traits.
