摘要 免费师范教育政策实施以来,各部属师范大学在积极构建培养优秀职前教师的教师教育课程。华东师范大学开设的教育研究与拓展类课程作为选修课程的形式,是教师教育课程的重要组成部分。从教师专业化、基础教育改革等维度出发,对教育研究与拓展课程展开一系列的调查研究,在总结我校教育研究与拓展课程特点的基础上,提出较为合理的建议,以期更好地推动优质师范生的培养。 With the implementation of free normal education policy,normal universities of the Ministry of Education have made great efforts to work out the teacher education's curriculum in order to foster qualified teachers.As an important part of teacher education's curriculum,ECNU has made education research and curriculum development among the optional courses.From the perspective of teacher's professionalization and elementary education reform,and on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of education research and curriculum development of ECNU,a series of investigation is carried out and reasonable suggestions have been put forward aiming at fostering qualified normal university students.
