摘要
基于涡旋体的三坐标仪检测数据,提出涡旋线型的两种检验项目,并介绍了各自的数学处理过程.采用优化的方法消除了加工、检测两次定位造成的误差,确立了各自的目标函数.
On the basis of measured data from the scroll wrap by using three coordinate instrumentation, two check items of the scroll wrap are presented, and their data processing methods are introduced, respectively. By using are numerical optimization algorithm, the machining error and measuring error caused by the positioning are eliminated. Their objective function are defined, respectively.
