摘要
介绍了建筑基础隔震技术的发展过程,叠层橡胶垫基础隔震的原理、系统组成和系统性能评价.提出了其性能评价指标,指出这种隔震体系具有竖向承载力大、弹性复位功能强、隔震器耐久性好、隔震效果明显等主要性能优势.
The progress of base isolation technique, the principle of isolation with laminated rubber bearings and evaluation of the components and properties of isotatoal system are introduced first. The several indeces are suggested for evaluation of the components and properties of isolated system are introduced first. Then several indeces are suggested for evaluating the properties of isolated system. It is pointed out that this isolated system has the advantage of high vertical bearing capacity, strong restoration force, and good durability, being a new technique worthwhile application.
