A Study of the Operating Characteristic of the Air Chamber on Slush Pumps

根据系统控制与流体振动的基础理论,分析了钻井泵空气包的工作过程,指出空气包系统的固有频率与往复泵工作频率的匹配关系是影响空气包作用效果的唯一综合性因素,进而提出了对空气包的设计和使用所应追求的指标。

On basis of the theories of system control and fluid vibration, the authors investigate the working process of the air chamber on a slush pump, point out that the matching between the inherent frequency of the air chamber system and the working frequency of the reciprocating pump is the only synthetic factor having influence on the performance of the air chamber, and present the quality index of an air chamber for both design and operation
