摘要
在推导螺杆、衬套空间曲面方程的基础上,研究了运动比i=1:2的单螺杆油气混输泵锥形螺杆—衬套副的空间啮合理论,分析了空间啮合特征和螺杆—衬套副的密封原理。螺杆—衬套副是定点运动的空间共轭副,在啮合过程中存在两次啮合现象,具有两类不同的瞬时接触线,围成作空间螺旋运动的密封腔。为了隔开高、低压端,共轭副的轴向长度不得小于一个完整密封腔的轴向长度。
After having developed the equations of spatial curved surfaces of the single helix rotor and the double helix stator in an eccentric screw pump, the authors make a study on the spatial engagement character and the sealing mechanism of the coupled pair. The rotor and stator make up a spatial conjugation with fixed-point movement. There are two succesive engaging processes with two different instantaneous seal lines in one cycle and thereby helically moved seal cavities are continuously formed. For the sake of keeping the high pressure region separate from the low pressure region, the axial length of conjugation should not be less than the axial length of a full seal cavity.
