摘要
切削热是铣刀片磨损和破损产生的重要原因,研究切削热和切削温度的产生和变化规律是揭示刀具破损磨损的产生机理的重要手段.针对这一问题,采用元胞自动机思想,建立以元胞自动机理论为基础的2D铣刀片的温度场模型,研究铣刀片在切削过程中的评价准则,解决其他技术无法评价温度场优劣的问题.
Cutting heat is the main reason of wears and damages of milling insert, researching the produce and changing rules of the cutting heat and the cutting temperature can open out the producing mechanism of the milling cutter dilapidation.To solve this problem, this paper adopts cellular automata thought, establishes 2D milling cutter temperature model based on cellular automata, researches the evaluation criteria of milling insert when cutting, solves the problem that other technology can not evaluated temperature field in the pros.
