我国高等教育事业快速发展,与此同时教育资源利用效率问题日益凸显,现有的教育资源远远不能满足高等教育发展的需要。在深入分析高等教育资源利用现状的基础上,试图从高校教育资源的人力资源和物力资源两个方面入手来分析此问题的原因和背景,同时寻求解决问题的思路,以提高高等教育资源利用效率、促进高等教育发展。
