Analysis of Improving Volleyball Teaching Quality

随着排球技术的不断演变,高校体育选项课学生对掌握排球运动的技术感到困难,由此导致学习兴趣不高。为了改变这种状况,需要改革高校体育课程排球选项课的教学内容,提出新的构建方案,以进一步提高教学质量。

With the changes of volleyball rules and skills, college students find it is difficult to adjust to the according strategies, which results in the lack of interest. In order to improve the situation and hence improve volleyball teaching, reforms should be carried out on volleyball courses and new ideas should be put forward.
