摘要
云南与广西同处珠江中上游,同是中国面向东盟的前沿。两地合作至今已有20多年的历史,虽取得一定成绩,但由于两地相对独立的区域利益、地方利益所导致的一系列问题及其他因素,很难形成紧密的利益共同体和合作关系。但目前云南和广西所处的国内外环境发生了变化,在中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的背景下,两地合作的模式也应随之转变与提升。
International economic crisis is accelerating the process of CAFT cooperation between Yunnan and Guangxi Province. However, the present cooperative model should be changed and promoted by efforts of both sides under the framework of CAFTA, the regional and international cooperation is joined from＂Point to Point＂to overall＂Mentions and Mentions＂ones. Meanwhile, their cooperation is facilitated mutually. Thereby, the cooperation between Yunnan and Guangxi becomes more international and reaches a new record breaking.
