城市近郊失地农民就业问题的调查与思考——基于南宁市近郊四联村的个案研究

On the Investigation and Reflection of Employment Problem of the Peasantry Who Lose Lands in Urban Suburb——Based on the Case of Silian Village in Nanning

近年来,随着我国城市化进程的加快,农村土地被大量征用,失地农民就业难的问题已成为影响社会稳定和城市化进程的障碍性因素。此调查在对南宁城市近郊四联村进行个案研究的基础上,通过对当地失地农民就业情况及相关影响因素(土地征用、补偿安置、生活保障等)的调查、分析和研究,为失地农民的就业问题做出一些有益的探索。

In recent years, along with the accelerated urbani zation in China, a large number of rural lands have been expropriated, so employment-difficulty of the Peasantry who lose their lands has become a barrier factor to affect social stability and urbanized advancement. This article is based on the case of Silian Village in Nanning, and through the investigation and analysis of employment situation and the related influencing factor of the Peasantry who lose their lands, including land acquisition, compensation placement, livelihood security and so on, so as to make some useful exploration to employment problem of the Peasantry who lose lands.
