The year of 2006 would be the most impressive year of China Fund. In this year, the income of fund investment and the sales of fund are increasing greatly. The market has reached the unprecedented prosperity. There are inherent reasons for the rapid development of the fund. But there are also profound crisis under the prosperity. It is extremely necessary to recognize the risks and prevent the occurrence of the risks. This paper attempts to analyze the risks of the fund market in a fair value and provide the methods to prevent the happening of the risks in order to make the fund market develop healthily.
