Government performance reform is a measure of management reform under the influence of the thought of new public administration in western countries, in order to increase the efficiency and the public belief of the government institute. As an important content of government engineering, government performance measurement has a great development in the countries, such as the United States and England. This paper introduces the implementing courses in England、the United States、Australia、Korea, hope to supply valuable use for our government performance reformation.
