介绍了PZT微位移器驱动电源的基本原理及特点,设计并研制了一种新颖的PZT微位移器驱动电源,它具有集成度高、性能稳定、分辨率高、纹波小、结构简单和调试方便等优点.
The designing principles and characteristics of driving power for piezoelectric micro displacement actuators are analyzed. Then a microcomputer controlled driving power for actuators is designed,which has the following advantages: high precision, stable performance and low ripple.
