Vocational education has extended in scale and achieved a great deal during the decades.Accompanied by the introduction of a series of related policies,such as 'the decision of the State Council about developing Vocational Education',Which opened wider space for the reform and development of vocational education.This paper reflecs the basis and practical significance of developing vocational education.We have to deal with these urgent problems so as to enhance the improvement.
