摘要
分析了微波焊接陶瓷的原理及特点。在自制的微波焊接装置上，在合适的温度、压力和保温时间条件下成功地进行了４０ ｍ ｍ 陶瓷辊棒的微波焊接，并分析了实验结果和微波焊接的机制。
Analysed the principle and characteristic of microwave joining ceramic.In the microwave joining equipment made by our lab, ceramic roller tubes which diameter is φ40 mm were joined by microwave successfully in the suitable conditions of temperature, pressure and temperature preservable time.At last, this paper analysed the experimental results and mechanism of microwave joining.
