摘要
提出了医院洁净手术用房的洁净等级及建设规模要与医院的医技水平及所承担的主要手术内容相适应,以保证需要、适度发展、经济适用为确定依据。依据工程学、卫生学及空气净化技术三者相结合进行系统设计、系统施工,并将室外环境污染防治工程纳入整体设计施工,按医院的总体规划合理选址。平面设计要遵循洁污分区原则,换所需洁净等级组织空气净化气流方式,净化设备系统的建筑施工及装修材料选择,要注重抗污染、防细菌滋生的质量指标。要注重微电击防护设施的设计与施工。
The purity rating and the construction scale of the operation room of a hospital should coincide with the medical professional capacity of the hospital and the major operations it performs on patients.The projects should be identified based on guaranteeing the satisfaction of various demands, moderate development, economy and appropriateness.In overall design and construction of such systems that combine engineering science, hygiene and air purifying technology,the projects for prevention of pollution of external environment should be incorporated.The site selection and layout of such projects should be rationalized in light of general planning of the hospital.The design of the hospital′s general plan should comply with principle of segregating the purified areas from the polluted areas.The airflow of air purification should be arranged according to purity rating respectively.Great attention must be paid to quality indices for pollution resistance, germ breeding prevention in construction and erection of purifying equipment and systems and in selection of furnishing materials.Great premium also should be placed on measures for protection from microelectronic shocks in the design and construction of such projects.
