摘要
从我国企业转换经营机制、建立现代企业制度的需要出发，结合企业实际，探讨了企业组织体制改革中进行评估的有关思路和方法。即通过建立有效的评估指标体系，运用模糊数学模型，实现对组织体制的科学评估，从而保证改革的实效性。
Combining with the practive of enterprises, the idea and method on estimation of enterprise organization system are investigated on the basis of the demands of 'transforming the management mechanism of enterprise and establishing mordern system of enterprise.' Through establishment of estimation index system , a model of fuzzy mathematices is applied to realize the scientifical estimation on enterprise organization system in order to ensure the effectiveness of reform.
