三元氧化物基的染料敏化太阳能电池

摘要 采用简单的水热法合成粒径均一的三元氧化物锡酸锌纳米晶,并将其用作染料敏化太阳能电池的光阳极材料,首次以有机染料D131为敏化剂在标准光照条件下(光强为100 mW/cm2,AM1.5)研究其光电性能,并与N719敏化剂作比较,结果显示以有机染料D131为敏化剂的电池光电性能较N719好,其光电转化效率达到2.18%.进一步,研究了电解质中四-叔丁基吡啶(TBP)浓度对电池的光电性能的影响,在锡酸锌纳米晶为电极的电池中,TBP起抑制作用,这与已报道的TBP浓度对TiO2电极电池的影响不同. Ternary oxide naocrystalline Zn2SnO4 was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal process and used as the electrode materials for dye-sensitized solar cells.A light-to-electricity conversion efficiency of 2.18% was reached using an organic dye D131 as the sensitizer under a standard condition(100 mW/cm2,AM 1.5),which was better than that of N719.Furthermore,the influences of TBP in the electrolyte on the photovoltaic properties were also investigated.The conversion efficiency of cell based on Zn2SnO4 reduced while TBP was added into electrolyte,which is different from TiO2 reported.
